The Propforce Affiliates App allows Affiliates to easily access and record information about revenue prospects and sales for real estate projects located across Pakistan. With the ability to add leads and notes, Affiliates can keep track of their progress and stay organized throughout the sales process. Additionally, the app provides access to exclusive market insights and a large resource pool, giving Affiliates the tools they need to succeed in the real estate market. Overall, the Propforce Affiliates App is a convenient and user-friendly tool that streamlines property transactions and helps Affiliates earn attractive commissions on real estate projects.

Overview

Problem Statement

The current process for Affiliates to access and record information about real estate projects and revenue prospects is disorganized and time-consuming. This lack of organization and efficiency can lead to missed opportunities for Affiliates to earn commissions on highly sought-after projects.

Objective

To create a simple, online unified interface for Affiliates to access and record information about real estate projects and revenue prospects, in order to increase their chances of earning commissions on highly sought-after projects.

User Stories

  • As an Affiliate, I want to be able to easily access information about real estate projects so that I can identify potential revenue prospects.
  • As an Affiliate, I want to be able to record my leads and notes against properties that I am interested in, so that I can keep track of my progress.
  • As an Affiliate, I want to be able to see my commission history so that I can track my earnings.

Scope

The Propforce Affiliates App will allow Affiliates to access and record information about real estate projects and revenue prospects, as well as record leads and notes against properties that they are interested in. It will also include a commission history feature for Affiliates to track their earnings.

Constraints

  • The app must be compliant with all due diligence requirements for real estate transactions.
  • The app must be able to handle a large volume of data about real estate projects and revenue prospects.
  • The app must be user-friendly and easy to navigate for Affiliates of all experience levels.

Process

Empathize

In this step, we aim to understand the needs and challenges of our Affiliates by conducting user research and interviews. We gather information about their current processes for managing and tracking real estate projects and prospects, as well as any pain points they may experience. In addition, we worked closely with the Propforce Sales team to get business insights.

 

Define

Based on the information gathered in the empathize step, we define the problem statement and user needs. For example, Affiliates may need a streamlined, user-friendly way to manage and track their real estate prospects and sales.

Ideate

 In this step, we generate ideas for how to address the problem statement and user needs. We brainstorm and sketch out different concepts for the Propforce Affiliates App, keeping in mind the desired features and functionality.

 

Prototype

Using the ideas generated in the ideate step, we create a low-fidelity (for stakeholders) and high-fidelity prototype, using Adobe XD, of the Propforce Affiliates App. This prototype is used to test and gather feedback on the design from potential users.

Test

We conduct user testing on the prototype to gather feedback and validate our design decisions. We also gather data on how users interact with the app and identify any areas for improvement.

Iterate

Based on the feedback and data gathered during testing, we iterate on the design and improve the Propforce Affiliates App. We make changes to the user interface, functionality, and overall user experience to ensure the app meets the needs of our Affiliates.

Improve

After finalizing the design, we implement the Propforce Affiliates App and make it available to our Affiliates. We also provide training and support to ensure that Affiliates can easily navigate and use the app.

Monitor

We continuously monitor the usage and performance of the Propforce Affiliates App, gathering feedback and data on how it is being used by our Affiliates. We use this information to make further improvements and updates to the app.

The Solution

The Propforce Affiliates App is a simple, online unified interface designed to accept and record project inventory revenue prospects and sales. This app allows Affiliates to easily access information about real estate projects, record leads and notes against properties they are interested in and track their commission history. The app streamlines the process for Affiliates to increase their chances of earning commissions on highly sought-after projects, while being compliant with all due diligence requirements for real estate transactions.

Feedback/Impact

  1. User engagement: Measure the number of active users on the app and how often they log in and use the features.
  2. Lead conversion rate: Track the percentage of leads that are converted into actual sales.
  3. User satisfaction: Use surveys and feedback forms to gauge how satisfied users are with the app’s interface and functionality.
  4. Lead management efficiency: Measure the time it takes for Affiliates to add, update, and track leads on the app.
  5. Commission earnings: Track the total commission earned by Affiliates through the app.
  6. Referral rate: Measure the number of new Affiliates that are referred to the app by existing users.
  7. Page load time: Track the time it takes for pages to load on the app, and work to optimize performance.
  8. Bounce rate: Measure the percentage of users who leave the app after only visiting one page.
  9. Return rate: Track the percentage of users who return to the app after their first visit.
  10. Mobile optimization: Measure the app’s performance and user experience on mobile devices.

Reflecting on the project

Propforce was in a very bad shape when I was assigned to assist the Sales team for their product. The flows were pretty broken, and the design system was not there. This was my first actual product that was complicated and required a lot of re-thinking but also allowed me to do things from a senior position with a lot of autonomy. Real time interviews of affiliates was something that was a great process for me to learn and implement it in the project.
